In an Inner Nature Coaching trajectory or single session, we will first map where you are currently at in your cycle. We will determine intentions and desires for yourself and your cycle through a (free) introductory session.
From there, we will schedule one or more sessions tailored to your needs, to help strengthen your connection with your cycle and bring more balance to yourself and your life.
I offer these holistic sessions in-person as well as online. I bring a broad spectrum of knowledge and tools about the menstrual cycle to support you on your journey, including Womb Yoga for the Hormone cycle. Read more about that here.
And when you are able to see me in person, I often recommend Feminine Flow Healing (bodywork) sessions as part of the process. But it is all tailored to your needs and desires.
First introductory call (free) is about 30 minutes. The sessions from there onwards are 60-75 minutes.
