           Touch

We can lose touch in our daily lives with our own bodies. We fly around our days and lives, without really stopping to feel ourselves.. Losing connection with our sense of awareness of what is going on within.


When going through burnout & nervous system dysregulation, I lost my sense of feeling safe in my own body - that had been in overdrive for so long.


But even if you're not going through something as severe as burnout, it might still be that you feel disconnected from yourself and your body - through stress, being constantly busy or just life being life.


In a [re]connective touch session, we find pathways to [re]connect with your body and yourself again. In a session we work with inner body awareness - through visualisation, breath & touch - to bring your nervous system into a regulated state and truly connect you back to your body and self again in a safe way.



What does a [Re]-Connective Touch Session entail?


[Re]Connective touch sessions are the core of body-oriented and energetic work: where I really invite you to sink into that reconnection with yourself, and how you can get there in daily life - even without my help.


Unlike a "regular" massage, where the recipient lays down & receives, in these sessions we will (re)connect with your body and self on all levels. I will guide you into your body, through touch, breath and full awareness.


In these sessions, I will bring in touch to help you connect to your body. Co-regulation is a powerful tool to help one reconnect to and feel themself - and this is what we will use in the sessions - as well as work on honing powerful self-regulation techniques.

In sessions, we allow your body to speak and to drop into a parasympathetic state, where the body's self-healing capacity is activated. In a session, we work WITH your body & at your pace, and whatever is alive in that moment. You are always the one leading the process.


How did [Re]-Connective
Touch come about?



Through my experience in giving and receiving body work, and and becoming more sensitive to the signals that my body gives me through embodiment work, I discovered that slowing down and truly connecting - both giver and receiver - through breath and awareness brings the most profound healing.


Sometimes I noticed in massages that people could not fully sink in, often still felt tense and the body did not fully open. From that place, it doesn't always matter how "hard" we push a muscle - if this touch is not fully "met", something may not shift.


I developed the [Re]-Connective Touch sessions after having gone into body-burnout and having to reconnect with her and find my way back to truly feeling her.


I developed RCT in order to allow people to connect to that place within where they can actually feel themselves (again)  - where the parasympathetic state goes online, and the body tells us exactly what is needed. This is a space where giving and receiving becomes a dance of allowing the body to speak and the receiver to find the power and wisdom of their own healing within.
