Womb Yoga Group Sessions

Womb Yoga Group Classes are a place for you as a woman to connect with your feminine essence, in a group with only women.


The classes are a space to connect with the womb, our cyclical and feminine nature and to invite flow into the pelvic area.


In the classes we use pranayama (breath practices), meditation, asana (postures & movement), mudras (hand gestures) and chanting. We focus on settling and connecting in restorative poses, combined with activation and movement in flow.

Current Classes

There are currently no regular womb yoga group classes taking place.


However, classes can be requested for a group of at least 5 participants.

I can arrange the location or you can arrange it.
