Womb Yoga Sessions 1-1

Womb Yoga can be offered as a 1-on-1 therapy form; fully tailored to your unique needs.



Whether you would like to become pregnant, give space to the loss of a child, process your delivery and take up your space in your own womb again, are going through an intense time with your hormonal cycle or simply feel called to sink into your pelvic power, I am here for and with you.


In the end, everything is interconnected and everything affects the bigger picture of your journey.



I help you in a nourishing 1 on 1 yoga session, created especially for you, to bring you (back) into connection and unity with yourself and your own Feminine Source.




How does it work?

We get in touch

You can contact me by email or telephone about your needs, what you are struggling with and what support you are looking for.

Intake

By means of an intake form that I will email to you, we will map out together where you are now. If you prefer to have contact by phone, we can also schedule a short conversation.

We plan a session

We look for a suitable date and time for the first session.


The sessions can take place in person, or online, depending on what kind of offering you're interested in.

The first session & possible trajectory

During the first session there is 15 minutes to discuss the intake form, and to feel how you are at that moment and whether something special is needed at that moment. 


The first session lasts 75 to 90 minutes and subsequent sessions last 60 minutes, unless there are other needs.
